Tip Top Orchards, LLC, owner of the cherry cultivar named "Tip Top" and owner of the trademark used in marketing Skylar Rae® (Tip Top Cultivar) have signed an exclusive Patent and Trademark License Agreement with Snyder LLC and C & O Nursery Company to propagate, market and sell the cultivar and to use the Trademark throughout the world.
